Farm-To-Salad Gift Subscription

A Farm-To-Salad Gift subscription for 5 weeks of salad delivery with an extra dressing cup for $80. We can adjust and do longer periods or custom weekly order if you choose. 

Process:

1. Complete the order form below with both the giver and receiver information
2. We will review the order, confirm delivery location, and respond to YOU letting you know we can fulfil the request. Delivery zones are HERE.
3. We will include a gift card PDF that can be given by you to the recipient in our response along with payment instructions.   
4. We will not contact the recipient until the beginning of January before deliveries resume the week of January 20, 2025.

Requirements:

• Recipient must live in along an existing delivery route
• Payment in full must be made before the first delivery
